The ultimate adrenalin experience! After a twenty five minute nail biting plane ride to reach the required altitude, the roar of the engines softens and you realise your time has come, it's now or never as you are over the drop zone. What follows is up to 7,000ft of freefall at speeds of around 120mph strapped securely to a qualified instructor. At 5000ft the instructor deploys the parachute and you float gently into the landing zone.
Following a short pre-jump briefing you will be provided with a skydivers jump suit to go over your clothes (you should wear comfortable clothing such as a track suit and trainers). Then after fitting a tandem parachute harness (and appropriate headgear and goggles) the jump plane will take 20-25 minutes to reach the required altitude - then it's out in to the blue!

I got this for my 50th birthday and it was bloody brilliant! The instructors were all very good and made me feel incredibly safe. It was all so interesting not one dull moment. The dive was amazing as soon as I hit the ground I wanted to do it again! I'm going to do the 2 day parachute course next I can't wait!

Last September I finally got the courage to organise my jump. It was a present from my wife and I wasnt sure at first how to take it My jump took place from Dunkeswell airfield in the South West countryside. The guys there were great especially Jason who for the duration of the dive anyway had my life in his hand. What a great day it was and what a crazy thing to do.

I wanted to share some feedback from my AMAZING skydive which was bought by my wife for me for Christmas. We travelled to Nottingham on a glorious day and were welcomed by the team and taken through the safety processes by the friendly team. After the tension mounted on the briefing I was taken up in the plane by my tandem skydive partner. Although he did 7 dives a day he was enthusiastic and passionate about ensuring that I enjoyed mine. No words can describe freefalling from the plane it was like no roller coaster you have ever experienced and amazing soaring above the countryside as we came into land. I would thoroughly recommend this to anyone who is thinking about a skydive it is one of the best feelings and activities ever. I'm so glad I received the experience it made my Christmas then made my year when I did it!
