In addition, you do not object to ASDA Stores Limited and organisations providing goods and services on behalf of the ASDA.com contacting you for the purposes set out above, whether this be by fax, telephone, e-mail, SMS or in writing and you do not consider any of the above as being a breach of any of your rights under the Telecommunications (Data Protection and Privacy) Regulations 1999.
