A Transcript of the Declaration of Ownership is supplied with each purchase. This is the document filed with the governments of the USA and Russia (then the USSR) along with the United Nations General assembly in 1980 in which Dennis Hope laid claim to the moon. The recipient will receive a two Lunar Deeds, a registration document for each acre of the moon, a Lunar site map which pinpoints where on the moon the purchaser’s property is located, and a Lunar constitution and bill of rights that details the Lunar Laws and the purchaser’s rights. Also included is a transcript of the declaration of ownership, a document confirming the purchaser’s Mineral Rights to their land, and a postage paid land registration card. These gifts are presented in glossy silver envelopes rather than the tinset offered with our regular product.
