This fabulous river cruise takes you on a journey down the Thames to remember commencing with a Captain's Welcome Champagne reception and finishing up with a five course gala dinner. You'll pass many of London's most famous sights and historic landmarks as you mosey down the Thames aboard The Spirit of Chartwell. In the afternoon a high tea buffet is served and calls are made at Greenwich and Tate Britain before returning to the boat for your five course gala dinner - a truly magnificent experience.

The luxurious Spirit of Chartwell was designed to evoke the elegance and grandeur of the 1929 Cote d’Azur Pullman railway carriage, and is decorated with artefacts and furnishings from the original train and great ocean liners of yesteryear.

The journey departs from Canary Wharf at 12:30 and will set out on a course from the Thames Barrier to the upper tideway. You’ll be welcomed aboard this opulent vessel with a Champagne reception and guided to your comfortable table seating. Throughout your voyage you will view many famous London landmarks through the expansive panoramic windows or from the observation deck. Personal transmitter/receivers are provided to each guest allowing you to dip in and out of journey commentaries at your leisure.

A delectable, freshly prepared three-course luncheon, high tea buffet and five- course dinner will be served during the voyage. The boat will make stops at Greenwich Maritime and Tate Britain. You will disembark at Canary Wharf at 21:30.

Notes

Your voucher is valid from 12.06.12 until 13.10.12 for two people. This package includes two seats at a six person table on The Spirit of Chartwell “Memories of London” trips. Should you wish to upgrade to an exclusive table for two, or state cabin overnight accommodation, this may be arranged directly with the supplier upon booking. A Champagne reception, three course lunch, high tea and five-course dinner are included. This experience is available Tuesday-Saturday. Participants must be at least 11 years of age. The dress code is smart/casual. Unfortunately, the vessel is not suitable for people with severe mobility impairment and wheelchairs are not permitted. Guests with limited mobility can be accommodated, provided they are accompanied by an assisting guest. Collapsible wheelchairs can be stowed on board the Spirit of Chartwell for onshore activities. Special diets may be catered for – please advise of any dietary requirements on booking. All dates are subject to availability – it is recommended that you book well in advance. This voucher cannot be extended.
