On placing your order you will be sent your gift pack which contains all the details you need for your recipient to register their title.
 
The beautifully presented gift pack contains a presentation certificate detailing the right to a piece of the Kincavel Estate, information about the estate, the local area, the history and also maps showing the location. Once the postage paid registration card has been completed and returned, a square foot of the estate will be officially transferred into the ownership of the new Laird. They will then be sent a deed of ownership inscribed with their name and their own individual plot number and a plot map. They will also receive a proof of title card which they can sign and keep with them to remind others of their new found status.
 
Please note that this is a fun gift and the purchase will not make its owner an instant a member of the aristocracy!
