You and a friend are welcome to arrive at the spa from 9am. Spend your morning enjoying a guided walk or yoga or posture class, work out in the gym, relax in the spa facilities, or simply sit and read the day’s papers. There is also a juice bar in the spa where you may purchase a delicious fresh juice or smoothie. From 12.30pm - 2.15pm a tantalizing yet healthy three course lunch is held in the Garden Room restaurant. Your afternoon will be spent similarly to the morning, with you taking your treatments if you haven’t already done so, and otherwise spending it as you choose. At 5pm there is a short guided relaxation class, so when you leave at 5.30pm you’ll be feeling completely at ease.
Your pampering day includes a choice of two treatments each from the following selection – full body massage, reflexology, Yon-Ka Body Detox, Yon-Ka Grand Classique facial, Jessana manicure or Jessana pedicure.
