Arrival is between 8.30am and 9.00am. You will receive a welcome drink. You have the choice of either a soothing Back Massage and Facial, both of which last 25 minutes, or a 50 Minute Refresh and Revive Face and Back Therapy which includes a back massage, a scalp therapy and a facial therapy.You may use all the facilities during your day, including the pools, spa and gym. There is also a choice of over 20 exercise and relaxation classes which you can participate in. You will have use of a changing room with lockers, showers and hairdryers plus unlimited towels. A three course healthy buffet lunch is included. Departure is at 6pm.
