Agenda
On arrival at the hypnotherapy practice your therapist will discuss what you can expect and put your mind at rest. After some simple initial questions to establish the type of stimuli that you respond to best, you will be hypnotised and the therapist will treat your smoking addiction. The sensation is similar to the stage between waking and sleeping where your conscious mind is not fully active. You will feel relaxed and invigorated after the session - certainly NOT like you have seen on TV!

All hypnotherapists are members of the National Council for Hypnotherapy who are committed to a code of ethics which is available on request.
