This package is ideal for anyone who is guilty of burning the candle at both ends as it offers total rejuvenation as you relax amid the beautiful surroundings of the award-winning Ragdale Hall Spa in Leicestershire. Treatments included are an Energising Detox Therapy *, Foot Conditioning Treatment and Complimentary robe to use for the day and you will receive a three course lunch.

Agenda

Arrival is between 8.30am and 9.30am. You will receive a welcome drink. You may use all the facilities during your day, including the pools, spa and gym. There is also a choice of over 20 exercise and relaxation classes which you can participate in, plus all the treatments outlined above. Total treatment time is 130 minutes.
You will have use of a changing room with lockers, showers and hairdryers plus unlimited towels. A three course buffet lunch is included. Departure is at 6pm. 

Notes

On purchasing this experience you will be issued with a voucher valid for ten months. You are then free to arrange a day for your experience. This experience is available Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday only. Minimum age is 18. Lunch is included in this package.
