You are invited to arrive at the spa from around 9am. You will then spend approximately an hour in the Specialist Thermal Spa which incorporates four rooms, each with a different climate and effect.
• The Laconium Room has a very mild heat to cleanse and detoxify the body.
• The Salt Grotto is a steam room and stimulates and promotes blood circulation and detoxification.
• The Herbal Sauna gives a warm and dry heat experience and is excellent at boosting the immune defences and relieving stress.
• The Steam Room is a perfect environment for overcoming fatigue and strengthening the immune system.
You will then receive the treatments outlined above and lunch. During the time at the spa you will be given use of a River Spa robe and slippers. This experience last approximately four and a half hours.
