Agenda

You'll arrive and receive a briefing on the techniques and key points of the sport, as well as going through safety procedures: you will recieve all the tuition and all the equipment required to undertake the course. Next, you'll be familiarised with all the equipment you will be using. Then it's down to the water's edge to run through everything you've learned on the shore, before taking to the water to stand up for real! Your session will last for two and a half hours in total.

Notes

Your voucher is valid for ten months for one person. You are free to arrange a time for your course directly with the operator: courses are booked for the specified dates and are non-transferable. Please provide appropriate footwear, (ie old trainers.) Minimum age is 8. There are no weight or height restrictions. You may cancel the booking at any time up to 8 weeks prior to the course start date by giving written notice to the supplier. All courses are weather dependent and subject to availability. The experience is undertaken entirely at your own risk. Please notify the supplier at the time of booking the course of any medical condition that may be relevant to the activity to be undertaken on the course.
