Mother's Day delivery information 2010

Orders taken up to 3pm Friday 12th March for guaranteed next day delivery will be delivered by 1pm Saturday 13th March. We will despatch items by first class Royal Mail up to 3pm Friday 12th March, but advise you to order by 3pm Tue 9th March if you require your gift in time for Mother's Day.

Agenda

Upon arrival at the site you will be greeted and registered, introduced to hot air ballooning and given a full pilot briefing. You will then be invited to assist with balloon inflation and when this is completed your flight will begin. You will return to the launch site after roughly an hour in the air. A traditional champagne toast and commemorative flight certificate are included. The experience will last between 3-4 hours in total. Flights can be taken between 1 March and 31 October each year, subject to weather conditions. Flights may be taken on weekdays or weekends, am or pm. You are advised make your booking within 3 months of the purchase date of your voucher.

Notes

Your voucher is valid for 10 months for two people. You are free to register your voucher using the details provided: Virgin will then issue you a ticket number/security code which you must take with you on the day. to avoid disappointment. You must be at least 4'6” tall (1.37m) to participate (under 16s must be accompanied by a participating adult). The pilot will decide duration and direction of the flight and landing place, subject to safety and legal requirements. Flights may be cancelled without notice because of matters beyond reasonable control. You must telephone the booking confirmation line after 11pm on the evening before your morning flight or after 2pm on the afternoon before your evening flight (times subject to change) to confirm that conditions are suitable for the flight to go ahead. Those suffering from any illness, medical condition or disability should take appropriate medical advice. You must not fly if you are pregnant or intoxicated. Please note, this is not an exclusive flight - other participants will be present.
