After arrival at the helicopter centre your trial lesson starts with a ground briefing session and an introduction to the effects of the controls, then it 's time for take off! Your instructor will demonstrate forward flight, the art of hovering and the unique manoeuvrability of a helicopter before you will be given the chance to do some hands on flying of your own. After this you experience 30 minute lesson in a Cessna 152 aeroplane.

Notes

On purchasing this experience you will be sent an open dated gift voucher with 10 months validity. Ground briefings will last approx 30-40 minutes and you can expect to spend about 2 1/2 hours at your venue. All flight time counts towards a licence should you decide to continue training. All students are presented with a commemorative certificate to remember the day. Maximum weight 17 stone. There are no age restrictions however the minimum height is 5 foot.
