The recipient will receive:
A Martian Deed, a registration document for one acre of Mars.
A site map which pinpoints where on the the surface of Mars the purchaser’s property is located.
The Martian constitution and bil of rights that details the Martian Laws and the purchaser s rights.
A transcript of the declaration of ownership (see notes)
A document confirming the purchaser’s Mineral Rights to their land.
A postage paid land registration card.  

It is not advisable to visit your property without the assistance of NASA or an alternative professional space agency.
N.B. A Transcript of the Declaration of Ownership is supplied with each purchase. This is the document filed with the governments of the USA and Russia (then the USSR ) along with the United Nations General assembly in 1980 in which Dennis Hope laid claim to Mars.
