My physio recommended I try using a powerball to rehabilitate my arm after I broke a bone in it. I bought my powerball from buyagift and it arrived fast in good condition. Been using it for a few weeks now (you have to spin it round and round as fast as you can) and my arm is beginning to feel a little better and regain muscle density after I've had to rest it for so long.

I play a lot of tennis and wanted to try the powerball and see if it improved my serve. Was surprised at how good a workout you actually get from constantly revolving it as fast as you can. Has taken a little while to build up my arms with the powerball but they are certainly stronger.
